I am also a masseuse, personal trainer, Pilates and swimming instructor, and Physical Education Teacher.
I have won a Silver medal at the International Massage Championship 2021, in Asian Style category.
I do not follow a specific technique, I adapt my treatments to the specific needs of each person at that specific moment. Spreading my passion for health and healthy living in all my treatments.
